Juristica was born at the intersection of artificial intelligence and Brazilian Labor Law. Our mission is to democratize access to quality legal research, allowing lawyers to dedicate more time to strategy and client service.
Co-Piloto Juridico
Co-Piloto Juridico is an artificial intelligence platform that uses 5 specialized agents — Researcher, Strategist, Drafter, Adversary and Reviewer — to assist Brazilian labor lawyers. Each agent operates with verifiable sources from DataJud, TST, STF, STJ and current legislation (CLT, CPC, CF/88).
Researcher
Researches legislation and case law from official sources (DataJud, TST, STF, STJ).
Strategist
Analyzes the case and defines theses based on precedents and guidelines.
Drafter
Drafts legal briefs using exclusively verified sources.
Adversary
Simulates counterarguments to strengthen the thesis.
Reviewer
Validates every citation and generates the final document.
Anti-Hallucination Methodology
Co-Piloto Juridico implements a 4-layer independent anti-hallucination system to ensure every citation is verifiable:
Architectural
The Researcher Agent is the only one with access to legal sources. Other agents operate exclusively with already verified material — an architecture decision, not a prompt instruction.
Prompt Engineering
Each agent receives specific instructions to reference only the dossier assembled by the Researcher. No agent can invent sources.
Cross-Validation
The Reviewer Agent cross-checks every citation against the original database, verifying case number, court, date and summary.
Human Checkpoint
The lawyer approves the strategy and reviews the final brief before any use. Professional responsibility per Art. 32 of the OAB Code of Ethics.
Our Values
Transparency
The system prefers to deliver a brief with a declared gap rather than fabricate a source. If it didn't find it, it says so.
Accuracy
99.7% valid citation rate verified in tests with 50+ real petitions.
LGPD Compliance
All data processed in Brazil (Google Cloud, southamerica-east1 region) with encryption in transit and at rest, per Law 13,709/2018.
OAB Ethics
Co-Piloto Juridico does not replace the lawyer. Full technical responsibility remains with the professional, per the OAB Statute (Law 8,906/1994).
Official Sources
Co-Piloto Juridico searches exclusively from official sources of the Brazilian judiciary and legislature:
DataJud (CNJ)
Official procedural data database of the National Council of Justice.
TST
Superior Labor Court — precedents, guidelines and labor case law.
STF
Supreme Federal Court — constitutional case law.
STJ
Superior Court of Justice — infraconstitutional case law.
Planalto
Federal legislation: CLT (Decree-Law 5,452/1943), CPC (Law 13,105/2015), CF/88, LGPD (Law 13,709/2018).
Co-Piloto Juridico is an assistance tool and does not replace the lawyer. Full technical responsibility remains with the professional, per the OAB Statute (Law 8,906/1994). All AI-generated information must be verified by the responsible lawyer before any professional use.
